cheap, cheap, cheap

Compared to any city in Canada, Kingston has some the of the best food for the best prices. However, if you are eager to find the best deals in the city, we've got you covered.

The Brass: There are great deals on food after 6:00 pm throughout the week- especially on Wednesday, which features really cheap burgers and really cheap fries (REALLY cheap).

The Toucan & Kirkpatricks: Breakfasts on weekends are fantastically cheaphere – including tip, 5 bucks should get you coffee, toast, eggs beans and fries. There are few better ways to cure a hangover.

Lonestar: Aside from the Texas size portions and wicked lakeside patio that Lonestar offers, they also serve up FREE chips & salsa. We suggest you go early, grab a coke or a beer and feast away on the free chips & salsa all night long.

Gusto: After 9pm their taster menu starts, and we whole heartedly urge you to go, try their traditionally overpriced mussels and pizzas at a fraction of the price!

Golden Star Chinese Restaurant: First things first, don't go here for the food. Okay fine, the food is decent, but it's almost always overpowered by the fact that their drinks are cheap. DIRT CHEAP. I consistently remember getting hammered and sometimes beyond hammered on 15 bucks.

Wok In: The beauty of Wok In, aside from the sublime food, are the cheap prices. You sort of feel like you are robbing the place. You are hard pressed to find a dish on the menu over $6, and the portions are big.

The Right Spot: This spot is also darn cheap. How cheap? Well, it’s impossible to find an item on the breakfast menu for over $3, and they don’t scrimp on the portions. They do charge you extra if you want home-fries with your breakfast, but we suggest you splurge. They cost less than a loonie, and really, what can that even buy you these days.
